Mermaid Ascendant wood carving

Colonel Coconut ordered this piece made after swearing he saw a mermaid on his most recent expedition. "Submerged in the salty depths, I saw her, silhouetted against the sunbeams coming in from above, a beautiful mermaid, ascendant toward the surface." We decided not to question this story, despite knowing that he'd only been visiting the community swimming pool.

Measuring 28" x 18" with a mermaid carved out of approximately 1 and 1/2" thick wood. Carved, stained, and mounted on a painted wood backdrop. Also featuring three dimensional plastic seaweed. Featuring a sawtooth hanger on the back for easy display.
