Colonel Coconut claims he traveled into rural Mexico accompanied by a goat because the two of them had made friends while drinking tequila in a local cantina and had decided to go on a cross-country road trip together. Others claim the goat was merely the Colonel's bait in his latest attempt to track down a cryptic - this time fearsome goat-sucking El Chupacabra! When the colonel returned to civilization, the goat was gone, and the colonel was looking very pale (though granted, being a skeleton, he usually does). He described a creature he had seen out in the wild to Skipper Brodie and this is what he made.
